Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum is on offer for this exciting opportunity as a Construction Project Coordinator with Thorn Baker Construction. Based in the South East of England, you will be working with a market-leading Timber Frame manufacturer who are expanding their operations in the region.

As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include allocating resources to ensure operational targets are being met, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards to meet contract specifications. You will also attend site meetings, ensuring progress and variances are documented and communicated effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a Joinery background with extensive Timber Frame erection experience, hold a valid CSCS card, and demonstrate effective communication skills. A strong understanding of HSE standards, CAD, and modular construction principles is essential for success in this role.
