Kenna Recruitment Ltd are partnering with a national developer based in the Midlands to find a Graduate Buyer. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in procurement and learn from experienced professionals.

As a Graduate Buyer, you will be working closely with the Senior Buyer who will train you on all aspects of procurement. Your key responsibilities will include negotiating and procuring materials, subcontractors, and plant within budget and programme.

Your duties will include:

  • Reviewing material schedules and liaising with site management
  • Negotiating and placing orders with suppliers
  • Ensuring specifications and programmes are met
  • Managing supply chain relationships
  • Oversighting site stock on a regular basis
  • Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Reviewing Bills of Quantities, Material Schedules, and COINS orders

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in procurement, and to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also need to have a UK driving licence and own vehicle, as you will be required to travel to various sites across the Midlands.
