About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Teaching Assistant to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with additional needs, such as Autism, Learning Disabilities, Complex Health Needs, and Behavioural Support Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to adults with complex needs, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our learners.
• Facilitate inclusive learning experiences, both indoors and outdoors, that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our service users.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with adults with learning difficulties/disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health is preferred.
• Knowledge of behaviour that can challenge and strategies to manage it is essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
