About the Role


This exciting opportunity as a Support Worker will enable you to make a real impact on the lives of our service users at Cygnet Adele Cottages.


You will be working 42 hours a week, providing support and guidance to individuals with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be sensitive and intuitive, and have a genuine passion for empowering service user independence.



Job Responsibilities


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Offering enhanced care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Learning about individual needs and providing help in the most appropriate way
  • Assisting with medical and welfare needs
  • Safeguarding service users and maintaining a safe environment

Salary and Benefits


The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
