Job Description
As a Daytime Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency within the kitchen. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising kitchen staff during daytime hours, ensuring smooth operation of food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, waste management, and labor costs
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement menu planning, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in supervisory or management roles within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to manage cash transactions and reconcile totals
