As a Growth Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and pitching our services. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and partnerships will be essential to drive leads and ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via various channels.
- Pitch services in meetings and build strong relationships with clients.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and communicate regularly with the sales team.
- Attend industry events to expand your network and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per year.
- Bonus: 10% of salary, paid quarterly, based on agreed targets.
