This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a well-established NHS Hospital pharmacy team in Birmingham, working specifically within the Cardiology team. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic team and will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients under cardiology care.
Responsibilities- Providing clinical pharmacy support to the cardiology wards
- Reviewing medication prescriptions and offering clinical advice to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines within the cardiology department
- Qualified Pharmacist, registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Previous experience within a hospital setting, preferably in Cardiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
