Job DescriptionThis position involves providing enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users. You will offer guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support, learn about individuals' specific needs, and provide help in the most appropriate way. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting on medical and welfare needs as required, safeguarding, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for all.
