About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals living in our bespoke development in Stratford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored, ongoing care and support to tenants to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with tenants to promote their independence and enable them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life.
  • Support tenants to access opportunities for personal development and engagement within the local community.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that promotes the values of Creative Support Ltd.
