Business Development Manager - Roofing Supplies Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at OX Seven Talent Partners R2R. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the roofing supplies sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling a range of roofing products to existing and new customers, including large distributors and small roofing contractors.
  • Meeting with buyers and roofers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure continued growth and loyalty.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the roofing sector and its products.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
