Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join CapeClarke Limited as a Trusts and Fiduciary Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of trusts, ensuring compliance and efficient administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering trust portfolios and estates, handling tax compliance, and preparing trust accounts using specialized software.
  • Collaborating with trustees, professional advisors, and HMRC to ensure accurate filings and reporting.
  • Supporting the growth of the trust and tax function within the firm, while fostering client relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in personal tax and trust administration, including the preparation of trust accounts and tax returns.
  • A solid understanding of Inheritance Tax, trust accounting practices, and compliance requirements.
  • STEP, ATT, ACCA, or similar qualification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and experience liaising with HMRC and third parties.
