We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House member to join our team at Sussex Inns. As a Front of House member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and offer a hospitable experience throughout their stay.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Take food and drink orders confidently.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with bartending is beneficial.
- Understanding of food safety regulations is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
