Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and monitoring complex data to enhance efficiency and resolve data quality issues.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of data across the Trust's clinical systems.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, services, and staff to satisfy individual data extraction and analysis requirements.
Identify and address data quality concerns to support clinical functions and ensure accurate service reporting and billing.

About the Role

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work within the Data Quality Assurance Department, contributing to the enhancement of data capture processes, improving reporting accuracy, and ensuring data integrity and governance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the significance of data quality, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience in the advanced use of Microsoft Excel to store, order, and report information.
Experience of working in an Information Management setting, communicating ideas, and gathering user information requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex analysis to non-analytical professionals.
