We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Residential Children's Services team at Headway Adolescent Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential adolescent childcare services
