Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Engineering. This full-time position combines two exciting roles: delivering on the T-Level Mechatronics course and teaching and assessing the next generation of Engineering Apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality instruction on the T-Level Mechatronics course.
  • Teach and assess apprentices in areas such as Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, Control Systems, and PLCs.
  • Share industry expertise to inspire and support students to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' work experience in the Engineering sector.
  • A Level 3 Engineering Qualification or above.
  • Competency in Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, Control Systems, and PLCs.
  • Ideal experience with teaching, assessing, and IQA. However, if you don't have a teaching qualification, we will provide full training and qualifications to support your development into a confident lecturer.
