Family Law Specialist

We are seeking a Family Law Specialist to support our established team. This part time role offers 100% flexibility with occasional office visits required. The initial 20-30 hours could grow to full time in the future or remain long-term part time.

You will have a realistic and manageable case load dealing with all private work. In addition to flexible working, there is a bonus scheme on top of your basic salary.

The role involves providing specialist legal advice, assistance and representation to clients with family law issues. You will be responsible for managing your own case-load of matters from initial client interviews to conclusion in areas including:

  • Divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and separation.
  • Financial settlements
  • Arrangements for children
  • Pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements
  • Injunctions
