About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Director to join our team at Mindshare. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO plans to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our clients' websites.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve user experience and search engine crawlability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, and implement them into our strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and media, to ensure seamless execution of SEO plans.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO tools, including Google Analytics and Search Console.
