About Decimo
Decimo, a renowned restaurant located on the 10th floor of The Standard London, is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Your Role
As a Host, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables
- Providing information and answering queries in a professional and friendly manner
- Overseeing table plans and ensuring a smooth flow of guests
- Managing guest lists and table return times
- Working closely with the restaurant team to provide exceptional service
Requirements
To be successful as a Host at Decimo, you will need:
- Prior experience as a Host or Restaurant Receptionist in a similar busy restaurant or lifestyle boutique hotel
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work full-time with full flexibility to work Tuesday - Saturday
