We are looking for a talented Capital Modelling Specialist to join our team in London.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will play a key part in the development and maintenance of our internal capital model. You will also have the opportunity to work on non-traditional actuarial projects, applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with capital managers to develop and refine the capital model.
  • Support the production of regulatory and economic capital results.
  • Contribute to advanced analytics projects in the Energy sector, leveraging your expertise in data science and statistical analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, process, and interpret large datasets.
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in R or Python, with experience in data visualisation tools like PowerBI.
  • Statistical Analysis: Background in applied statistical analysis, including GLMs and data simulations.
  • Solvency II Knowledge: Familiarity with Solvency II principles and regulations.

Salary Estimate: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
