About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Ward Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and selection of nursing staff.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to nursing staff.

Requirements

  • Current NMC Pin registration.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in a similar role or as a senior nurse leader.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
