You will develop and execute a data-driven, ROI-focused content strategy aligned with our commercial objectives and growth targets, collaborating closely with our Group Head of Marketing to ensure all initiatives support overarching business goals and contribute to revenue growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can articulate the value of content marketing to C-suite executives, translating complex metrics into clear business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing content team, establishing clear standards and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven, ROI-focused content strategy aligned with our commercial objectives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with our Group Head of Marketing to ensure all initiatives support overarching business goals and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Strategically build and refine the content team by identifying skill gaps, providing professional development opportunities, and cultivating a high-performing environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a strong focus on content, social media, and PR.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns with demonstrable ROI and commercial impact.
  • Deep understanding of both brand awareness and performance marketing principles, particularly in the education or apprenticeship sector.
  • Experience in creating and managing multi-channel content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
