We are seeking an experienced Treasury Assistant to join our Finance Team based at our office in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, delivering, and improving Treasury and AR processes.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Daily and weekly cash reporting
  • Support Treasury Manager in cash flow forecasting
  • Perform daily matching in the cashbook
  • Prepare month-end cash and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in the management of Direct Debits
  • Assist in managing company credit cards, including the register of cardholders, management of credit limits, processing of credit card expenses in Concur, and preparation and posting of accruals
  • Manage customer refunds and related ledger postings
  • Manage Accounts Receivable ledger
  • Prepare aged debtors analysis
  • Raise invoices and customer statements
  • Prepare month-end AR reconciliations
  • Look to continuously improve and automate Treasury and AR processes
  • Support Treasury Manager on ad hoc projects, including system implementations


About You:


  • Experience working in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Solid bookkeeping experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel and a variety of accounting packages
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to implement new controls as required
  • Curious and able to challenge the status quo when appropriate
  • A creative, problem-solving spirit
