Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and supporting our internal sales team to meet team and company targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Efficiently handle daily order loading and quote activity, including electronic order processing.
  • Sales Support: Provide proactive support to the internal sales team to meet sales targets and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are consistently met and customer needs are met.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly within the Internal Sales team, to drive sales operations and support overall sales efforts.
  • Issue Escalation: Promptly escalate any issues to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager for swift resolution.
