Job Title: Night Nurse - RGN/RMN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Night Nurse - RGN/RMN to join our team at Primrose School of St. Charles West. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

  • Lead and supervise a team of caregivers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality care.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) in the state of [insert state].

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment.
