Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to oversee and lead the team to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide customers with an exceptional experience through attentive service, timely responses, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- To deputize for management and address any issues that arise in their absence, ensuring continuity and maintaining high standards.
- To coordinate and organize the team during busy shifts, streamlining processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- To maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, addressing any concerns promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who can:
- Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring every drink is prepared to perfection.
- Serve as a role model for the team, providing guidance on delivering excellent service and creating a warm welcome for customers.
- Show adaptability and think critically to resolve challenges and meet changing demands.
- Maintain a positive attitude, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
