The Art Direction Manager will be part of EAT Creative, our talented in-house creative team. We're a fun, dynamic, and snack-loving team that's always ready to go the extra mile.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative concepts for our bigger seasonal campaigns, like Easter.
- Work with creative types from other disciplines to create visually impactful work.
- Concept new and refreshed ideas across all our marketing channels.
- Provide art direction during shoots, ensuring all elements align with the creative concept and brand guidelines.
- Manage and guide junior and midweight members of the team.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience as an art director, advertising creative, or a similar role.
- Effective communicator, experienced in presenting ideas and creative thinking.
- Up-to-date knowledge of creative industry trends and digital channels.
