Employment Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at ESP Solicitors. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide high-quality legal advice to our clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking firm, providing specialist employment advice to businesses across the UK. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunals, where necessary.
  • Participating in marketing initiatives, including drafting articles and blogs, and delivering training to clients.
Key Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified solicitor with a strong background in employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience of drafting documents, policies, and procedures, as well as representing clients in Employment Tribunals.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of initiative and motivation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
