CAD Technician/AutoCAD Technician

At TLP, we are seeking an experienced CAD Technician to join our Technical Department in Ipswich. As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for working with architectural drawings, understanding industry codes of practice, and having a strong computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Detailed overview of flat roof waterproofing system construction
* Understand specification construction, survey reports, and construction drawings
* Working knowledge of waterproofing systems and their construction advantageous
Requirements:
* Basic level of CAD is essential
* Building fabric knowledge – overview of industry standards & codes of practice
