Master Polisher

Job Description:
A1 Personnel is recruiting a skilled Polisher for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Hatfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for polishing and finishing jewelry pieces to achieve a high-quality finish, inspecting items for imperfections, and ensuring they meet design and quality standards. This role involves using various tools and equipment such as polishing wheels, brushes, and buffing compounds to maintain a clean and organized workstation. In addition, the candidate will collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to meet production deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have experience in polishing within the jewelry industry or similar field. A meticulous approach, strong attention to detail, familiarity with handling precious metals and gemstones, and the ability to work with small, delicate pieces with precision and care are essential requirements. Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
