About the Job

This shift-based role involves working from our Luton office, covering a mix of day, night, weekend, and bank holiday shifts (with 2 weekends off per month) on a 12-hour basis.

  • Key responsibility is handling calls and emails daily, centered around on-the-day disruption for customers.
  • You will support initial incident response teams to deal with complex customer issues or wide-scale incidents impacting customers.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across Airline, Retail, and Destination Teams to build a valuable TUI network.
  • Empowered to solve issues on the spot wherever possible.
  • Involved in project work through regular 1:1s.
  • Manage multiple systems accurately to ensure customer information is logged where necessary.

About You

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to think creatively.
  • Team player with self-management skills and ability to work individually when required.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize for the best interests of customers and TUI business.
  • Attention to detail with accurate record-keeping.
  • Confidence using multiple systems with large datasets.
