We seek an experienced Construction Project Manager for our leisure facility refit project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing refurbishment projects, particularly those involving leisure facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project delivery within set timelines and budgets
  2. Management of variation works
  3. Material procurement and scheduling
  4. Staff management and supervision
  5. Health and Safety best practices
  6. Collaborating with stakeholders to meet project objectives
  7. Quality control inspections
  8. Problem-solving and issue resolution
Essential Requirements:
  1. Proven track record in Main Contractor roles
  2. Experience with refurbishment projects, especially those in leisure facilities
  3. Certifications in CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness
  4. At least 5 years of experience in a Site Manager capacity

A salary range of £45,000-£60,000 per annum is anticipated for this role.
