This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to join our team as a Room Leader. The successful candidate will possess a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, with previous experience working within an Early Years setting. They will also have a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.

The estimated salary for this position is around £32,000-£42,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including discounted childcare, up to 33 days holiday per year, Smart Health access, financial support, and a development programme for career growth.
