Parts Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Parts Administrator to join our team at Platinum Resourcing (UK) Ltd. This exciting role will involve working with our client, a well-established company in the automotive sector, to manage their parts inventory and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with factories overseas to facilitate the ordering and shipping of parts
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone and email
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless support during on-road activities
  • Manage warranty claims and returns in conjunction with the relevant factory
  • Assist with debt recovery and attend exhibitions as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Previous experience in an automotive-related role
  • Proactive and team-oriented approach
