Job Title: Senior Engineer - Pre-Operations

Location: Barrow-In-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £38,734 + depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver asset integration and pre-operational activities for site and infrastructure projects.
  • Support the development of integration strategies and through-life management plans.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders within the project and the end-user teams.
  • Support the integration of new assets and infrastructure into site business management systems.
  • Implement post-handover asset management arrangements.
  • Maintain production and validation of working-level instructions.
  • Support the development of operations, maintenance, and asset management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Time-served experience in engineering, maintenance, or operational roles.
  • An understanding of Asset Management principles.
  • Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in delivering diverse scopes of work to challenging schedules.
  • Experience in the production and validation of working-level instructions.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified in a STEM subject.
  • Experience working within, or exposure to, asset integration, pre-operations, or project transitions.
