  • Deliver planned interventions and act as Lead Professional where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and evaluate leisure opportunities for disabled children and young people.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of delivering and evaluating leisure opportunities for disabled children and young people.
  • Experience of working with parents and carers of disabled children and young people.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
