Job Title: Skincare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Skincare Specialist to join our team at ELEMIS, a leading British brand in the spa and skincare industry. As a Skincare Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our first concept Elemis Stand Alone Store in the heart of Covent Garden.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Proactively drive sales and ensure that both personal targets and store targets are met, striving to exceed set targets.
  • Customer Service: Carry out treatments punctually and to a consistently high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat bookings.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of ELEMIS products and treatments, educating clients on their benefits and features.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store and treatment areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Beauty Therapy Qualification: NVQ level 2 minimum (or equivalent)
  • CIDESCO Certificate: Highly desirable
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar retail/store role and industry, with a proven sales record and practical work experience in conducting treatments.
