Job Title: Project Surveyor
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Saltaire office (with site visits as needed)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all commercial aspects of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and providing commercial assistance at project meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer commercial contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Attend site visits to ensure commercial compliance
- Issue accurate applications and invoices in line with contract terms
- Manage contract changes, ensuring successful commercial outcomes
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, orders, and certifications
- Provide commercial assistance at project meetings, particularly under NEC contracts
- Assist with final accounts and resolution of contractual issues
- Commercially manage subcontractors from procurement to final account
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience, ideally on-site
- Experience with mechanical & electrical projects is a plus
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
