Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Companion to join our team at Trinity Homecare. As a Care Companion, you will provide support and care to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring clients receive nutritious and healthy meals
  • Administer medication, as required
  • Accompany clients on shopping trips and appointments
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging clients in activities and conversation

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, with business motor insurance
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
