About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Financial Administrator to manage our day-to-day financial tasks. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and expenses, handling AP and AR functions, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle AP and AR functions, including follow-up on outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, entering data into SAP software.
  • Assist with month-end reports and balance sheets.
  • Provide support and documentation for audits.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and handle various administrative tasks within the finance department.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Finance Assistant with knowledge of accounts payable, receivables, and bank reconciliations is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel is essential, with study support available for AAT or ACCA/CIMA qualifications.
