About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes and local communities in South East England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks to promote independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a sense of security and comfort.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, upholding the values of Essex Cares.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.04 (Monday to Friday) and £16.04 (weekends).
  • Guaranteed weekly hours, including travel time, to ensure a stable income.
  • A comprehensive induction and training program, including specialist training and nationally recognized qualifications.

Requirements:
