Contract Negotiator

Axi Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical and engineering contracts, developing new business opportunities, and driving candidate processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities in the contract market through proactive networking and relationship-building.
  • Manage the candidate process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Source contractors for open vacancies and build strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and requirements.
  • Build a strong client pipeline within the contract market, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Negotiate and sign-off new contracts, discussing terms of business with clients and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Meet with new clients to discuss their needs and requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure successful partnerships.
