Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our client's team in Rugeley.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with operators to prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage contractor activities and control permits to work.
Requirements:
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • A degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
    • Experience with planned maintenance systems.
    • Strong health and safety knowledge.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Knowledge of FMCG, CI, or Lean techniques.
    • Relevant certifications (IOSH, IPAF, PASMA, etc.).
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range is £40,000 - £44,200 per annum, plus overtime rates at 1.5x usual rate. Other benefits include pension contribution matching, 25 days' annual leave, and access to a wellbeing centre.
