Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed performance targets as agreed with management
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, and report any breaches or concerns
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration of new business and development requirements
  • Provide support to the AR team with manual tasks and ad-hoc projects
  • Monitor and resolve static data issues
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a finance or operations environment
  • Strong skills in Excel and reporting packages
  • Experience in a controls environment, with a focus on process improvement
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and industry trends
  • Previous experience in a similar organization
  • Proficiency in Oracle AR Module and Oracle Financials/E-Business Suite
  • Sound knowledge of finance and accounting principles
