Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Chartered Trade Mark Attorney to join our team of IP specialists at JMC Legal Recruitment. As a Trade Mark Attorney, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with all aspects of trademark and design portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with trademark and design portfolio management, including drafting, prosecution, clearance searches, and monitoring renewals.
  • Collaborate with our team of IP specialists to deliver high-quality advice to a wide range of clients.
  • Work closely with our business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in trade mark law and practice.

Requirements:

  • Be a fully qualified Trade Mark Attorney with a strong understanding of trade mark law and practice.
  • Have experience working with a portfolio management system.
  • Be able to deliver succinct and clear advice to clients.
  • Be keen to progress your career and grow with our team.
