Executive Team Assistant

A highly organized and skilled Team Assistant is sought to provide comprehensive support to our Executive Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diary management for a team and three other executives
- Arranging travel, including international flights, visas, hotels, and ground transfers
- Processing expenses
- Providing reception duties when the Receptionist is away from their desk
- Sending and receiving mail, liaising with ground floor reception on couriers
- Organizing weekly team breakfasts
- Performing overflow duties for the wider administrative team
- Undertaking ad-hoc administration tasks.
Candidate Specification:
- Previous experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in financial or professional services
- Essential experience in diary management
- A proactive 'can-do' attitude, with no job considered too big or small
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative role
