Are you looking for a challenging role that will utilize your project management skills and experience?

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Apex Engineering Solutions in North London.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various construction projects, including new build residential and commercial projects.

With over 15 years of experience in property management, our company has a portfolio of over 900 properties across residential, office blocks, industrial estates, mixed-use properties, and leisure and retail units as well as development sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and property management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

This is a permanent position, based in North London, working Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm.

Based on industry standards and the location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute construction projects
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and quality
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:

    Degree in construction management or a related field

    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

    Excellent communication and leadership skills
