About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Sage Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping and housework.
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication.
Requirements:
- No social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to care and be compassionate.
- Resilience and willingness to learn new skills.
