Job Title: Human Resources Support Officer

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Support Officer to join our team at FA Bio, an agritech company that is revolutionising the field of microbial biofungicides and biostimulants.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a confidential environment with a competitive salary of £43,500 per annum, dependent on experience, and a range of benefits including generous EMI Options Scheme, employer-contributed pension scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme, Season Ticket Loan, and more.

This is an on-site role located at Rothamsted Research Centre. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising their workload, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and be an effective team player.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a highly confidential environment.
  • Evidence of working within a people-focused role requiring empathy and approachability.
  • Practical experience in data entry and administration.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining confidential employee records in HR systems.
  • Monitoring and reporting of Holidays, sickness, and time & attendance records.
  • Supporting the management of probation, appraisal, and personal development review processes.
  • Facilitating internal HR and Health & Safety eLearning course administration.
