Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their table
  • Present menus and take orders for food and drinks
  • Make recommendations to guests and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
  • Process payment and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Assist with setup and clean-up of the restaurant before and after service
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
  • The starting salary for this role is £10.42, with increases based on individual candidate experience
