Student Workforce Developer

We are seeking a Student Workforce Developer to join our team at Now Education. As a Student Workforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing the workforce skills of our students and supporting them to achieve their career goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working to targets and implementing monitoring and recording systems. They will also be able to build positive relationships with young people and support students with placement preparation, such as applications and CV writing.
The primary locations for this role are Openshaw, City Centre, Harpurhey, Wythenshawe, and Shena Simon campuses. Candidates must be prepared to travel to each site and employer premises.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing monitoring and recording systems
- Building positive relationships with young people
- Supporting students with placement preparation
The estimated salary for this role is £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.
